class="zem_slink freebase/guid/9202a8c04000641f800000000075ee95" title="Picnic table" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Picnic_table">picnic table</a>, so I decided to join her.Â  I sat on the same side that Dee was on (big mistake), the picnic table tipped over and before it hit the ground I dove out of it to save myself (yes very selfish).Â  In the process of doing this, I injured my elbow (Dee was just fine donâ€™t worry).Â  My arm has been sore since this incident but I am not the kind of person that likes to go see the doctor.</p><p>A few days ago my <a

class="zem_slink freebase/guid/9202a8c04000641f800000000003aca2" title="Television" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Television">TV</a>, itâ€™s called the Tower 200.Â  The Tower 200 is as my girlfriend would call it, â€œa mini <a
class="zem_slink freebase/guid/9202a8c04000641f800000000045d35d" title="Bowflex Machine" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bowflex_Machine">Bowflex</a>â€.Â  It has three different tension settings on each side and the best thing about the Tower 200 is it mounts to the door.</p><p>I was pretty excited when I got this â€œmachineâ€ if you will.Â  First day I worked out for 20 minutes and on the second day I worked out for 45 minutes and thatâ€™s when I hurt my arm.Â  I was doing some curls and when I curled my left arm I heard a <a
class="zem_slink freebase/guid/9202a8c04000641f8000000000031329" title="Pop music" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pop_music">pop</a> in my elbow.Â  I went to the doctor and they took <a
class="zem_slink freebase/guid/9202a8c04000641f8000000000041ddc" title="X-ray" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X-ray">x-rays</a> which came back negative but the doctor did want me to take a break that day.Â  He also gave me a weird looking brace to put on my arm.Â  Here is a picture of the device.</p><div
