Having a healthy body is extremely important to having clean bill of health. I am completely out of shape and haven’t done any exercise since I got out of the Army. My fiancé and I are in the process of buying a house and I plan to make my own home gym.
I currently have an exercise bike, the Tower 200 and have been looking at the dip machine. The dip machine looks like it would definitely help me get into shape. I want to get back into the shape I was when I was in Iraq and I want to do this in three months or less.
I’m about 80 pounds over the weight I was when I was in Iraq. After looking at the dip machine it looks like it would definitely help me get into shape. If anyone has tried this machine, I would like to know your thoughts.
